Marion County Prosecutor Opposes Criminal Justice Proposal At Statehouse

Indiana lawmakers are considering a measure that would allow children as young as 12 years old to be tried as an adult in the criminal justice system.   WFYI’s Jill Sheridan spoke with Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears, who has joined others in speaking out against the proposal.  He says it is at odds with the juvenile justice system.
