Construction continues on a $300 million urban mixed-use development in downtown Indianapolis.
Bottleworks Hotel General Manger Amy Isbell says, despite a slowdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the first pahse of development continues to make progress -- including renovation and construction at the former Coca-Cola building.
“It may not start as full steam as we think, but I think, once rubber meets the highway and things start to open back up, I think people are going to be eager to experience something different,” Isbell said.
The Bottleworks Hotel, The Garage Food Hall, movie theater, and retail and office space are scheduled to open by the end of the year.
