The Humane Society of the United States is calling on the Indiana General Assembly to prevent the ownership of exotic pets with stronger laws. WFYI’s Taylor Bennett spoke with new HSUS Indiana State Director Samantha Morton, who says Indiana lags behind other states when it comes to regulating ownership of exotic pets.
