Some Ind. Post Offices Open Sundays For Holidays

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The U.S. Postal Service says some Indiana post offices across Indiana will open for four hours on the first three Sundays in December for holiday mailing.

It says the affected post office retail operations will be open from noon to 4 p.m. on Dec. 7, Dec. 14 and Dec. 21.

In central Indiana, they include post offices in Indianapolis, Wanamaker, Oaklandon, Southport, Greenwood, Castleton, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville, Lafayette, West Lafayette, Anderson, Muncie and Richmond.

In northern Indiana, they include locations in Merrillville, Valparaiso, South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Fort Wayne, Marion and Kokomo.

In southern Indiana, they include post offices in Bloomington, Columbus, Madison, Bedford, Terre Haute, Brazil, Woodbridge and Clear Creek.
