The Indianapolis City-County Council is asking Marion County residents to fill out an online survey on its work. The survey will collect information on attitudes and awareness of the council.

Communications Director of the Indianapolis City-County Council Angela Plank says the survey will benefit residents.

“Long term, they can hope to get better communication from the council as a body and also perhaps their individual councilor, just kind of depending what the study uncovers,” she says.

Researchers with the Public Policy Institute at Indiana University are conducting the survey. The survey closes June 15.

A final report will be available at the end of the year.
