Protesters rejected a grand jury's decision not to indict an Indianapolis police officer for the May shooting death of 21-year-old Dreasjon Reed.

A grand jury decided Tuesday not to indict the Indianapolis police officer who shot and killed Dreasjon Reed, citing insufficient evidence to file charges.

A six person grand jury will determine whether or not to indict IMPD Officer Dejoure Mercer, who fatally shot Dreasjon Reed on May 6.
