Indianapolis’ second largest park is undergoing major changes and community members got their first look this week at an open house.

The new amphitheater will host its first performances this week as the Thomas Taggart Memorial Restoration celebrates completion.

A $9.2 million Lilly Endowment grant will help pay for the restoration of the Thomas Taggart Memorial at Riverside Park.
