Keystone RV has announced that it plans to close two plants in Goshen effective Sept. 30, eliminating 334 jobs.

The RV Industry Association is reporting a slight uptick in September shipments compared to last September. Its the first time in more than a year the industry has seen positive growth.

The RV industry is celebrating a grand opening of its newest facility in Elkhart Monday. The RV Technical Institute will help reduce a shortage of workers who repair recreational vehicles.

Forest River will add more than 400 new jobs in LaGrange County in the next two years, as the region's mainstay industry continues to rebound.
