Provided by Bard Fest

A celebration of all things Shakespeare had to make some adjustments this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Theater fans can get their fix in numerous places as the traveling Bard Fest opens outdoors at the IndyFringe Theatre, and several other locations around central Indiana, starting Friday, July 31.

From WFYI's Arts and Culture Desk, Jill Ditmire spoke with Glenn Dobbs, executive producer and executive of Bard Fest, about how his performers will deliver a review of the Bard’s works while keeping audiences safe.

Performances are free, but you must reserve a seat at indybardfest.com. Audiences will be limited due to CDC guidelines.
