INDOT: I-65 West Street Ramp Will Open Ahead of Schedule

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Department of Transportation says the West Street ramps will open for traffic to access sections of Interstate 65 downtown ahead of schedule.

Traffic will be able to access the West Street ramps and take I-65 northbound or southbound by approximately 3 p.m. Monday, weather permitting.

Closures still remain at 21st Street for southbound traffic, Meridian Street for northbound traffic and on the northwest side at I-65/I-465 for southbound traffic.

INDOT says crews are still on track complete the rest of the I-65 project by Sunday, Aug. 5.
