IndyGo plans to finish the Red Line construction this summer, a much-anticipated end to many traffic troubles downtown. The 13-mile Red Line will increase the city's rapid transit service when it opens in September, and WFYI’s Taylor Bennett met with spokesperson Lauren Day to ask her for updates on the project.
