Gov. Eric Holcomb will announce his pick to replace current Republican Secretary of State Connie Lawson, who said last month she was resigning with nearly two years left in her elected term.

A group dedicated to pursuing vote-by-mail for every Hoosier in every election is suing the state to help make that a reality this fall.
