Andrea Bocelli has announced a new U.S. tour with 11 shows, including one with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra on Dec. 7 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This will be the first time Bocelli has performed in Indiana.

Indiana schools received a total of $2.8 billion in federal dollars through three rounds of stimulus. All of the aid is known as Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief, or ESSER, and it must be spent by late 2024.

In May, a special judge with the Marion County Superior Court dismissed the case without explanation. Joshua Payne-Elliott appealed the dismissal later that month, and on Tuesday, the Indiana Court of Appeals issued a ruling that said the lower court should not have thrown out the case.
