U.S. Attorney General William Barr is scheduled to speak at Notre Dame Law School on Friday afternoon. A spokesperson for the university says the event is private although it will provide media access.

The event is being sponsored by the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture and has not been advertised on the university website.

Barr is coming in the midst of questions about his department’s handling of a whistleblower complaint regarding the phone call between President Donald Trump and the president of Ukraine.

The U.S. Department of Justice says it will provide more details about the trip soon.
