A report from the Business Equity for Indy Committee found Black and Hispanic residents in Marion County face an equity crisis at all levels of education and economic opportunities.

But some African American kids in low-income communities are faced with many barriers that keep them from receiving the education they need. But one man at a majority black neighborhood in Indianapolis hopes football can help keep kids in school and out of trouble.
