Anti-abortion group sues Indiana Department of Health for access to terminated pregnancy reports
The Indiana Department of Health stopped sharing individual terminated pregnancy reports, or TPRs, in December due to patient privacy concerns. The reports are completed by medical providers following an abortion in the state of Indiana, and include data about the patient and the procedure.
