The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says one of its deputies was killed on I-69 early Wednesday morning while responding to an accident.

One of Indiana’s biggest interchanges is marking construction milestones.

Holcomb’s two predecessors — former Vice President Mike Pence and former Gov. Mitch Daniels — joined him at a morning ceremony on Indianapolis’ southwest side, hours before Interstate 69’s southbound ramps to Interstate 465 were scheduled to open to traffic.
