Former state officials file Medicaid fraud 'whistleblower' lawsuit against insurers, hospitals
Two former state officials filed a “whistleblower” lawsuit that alleges several Indiana hospital systems and managed care entities have committed “tens, likely hundreds” of millions of dollars of Medicaid fraud.
