The Purdue Patternson-McCallum-Mareta Charitable Pharmacy is set to open, expanding critical medication access statewide.

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center held a ribbon cutting Wednesday on the east side of Indianapolis for a new pharmacy that aims to lower the price of prescription drugs.

Legislation headed to the governor would simplify requirements for nursing instructors and increase transparency around pharmacy benefits managers. The bill would also establish a research fund for psilocybin a chemical compound found in some psychedelic mushrooms.
