Elderly residents and people with disabilities who live in the Marion County area and can’t clear snow from their sidewalks can qualify for a Snow Buddy.

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning for Sunday through Monday with a forecast of more than six inches of snow. Indianapolis officials outlined preparations and plans to address the inclement weather.
