An Indiana school district is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review a case concerning a student’s right to use the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity.

Voters in Ohio, Virginia and Kentucky signaled support for abortion rights, even where it wasn't directly on the ballot, more than a year after the Supreme Court rolled them back.

Beneficiaries of safety net programs like Medicaid will still be able to sue states and state officials if their rights are violated, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on June 8. The ruling slammed arguments by the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion Country trying to roll back this right.
