Turning Point And Braun Press Conference, Herman Whitfield III’s Family Reach Settlement, ACLU Victory Over Recovery Home Lawsuit, Dolly Parton Imagination Library, Pennies On The Way Out

Governor Mike Braun is calling for conservative Christian-aligned organizations to expand in Indiana schools. Herman Whitfield III’s family reached a settlement with six Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and the city. A federal judge ruled against the State of Indiana in how it has attempted to regulate residential recovery homes via the state building code. It’s still uncertain how much money is remaining to sustain Indiana’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library program. A new state law erases the need for pennies in cash transactions.
