Mark your calendars for SAVI Talks: Exploring Neighborhood Change in Central Indiana from 1980 to 2023 on Thursday, June 26 from 9 to 11 a.m.

This SAVI report identifies communities in Central Indiana that show signs of gentrification. Using a new Gentrification Index, it explores shifts in poverty and wealth in these communities over the past five decades from 1980-2023. A panel of experts will offer insights on the results from diverse perspectives, including those of policy advocates, human services professionals, and representatives from community-based organizations.
