INDIANAPOLIS -- The fundraising totals in the gubernatorial race for the first half of 2015 are in, and it’s not good news for Democratic candidate Glenda Ritz.

Ritz’s campaign for governor raised just $30,000 in the last six months and has about $112,000 cash on hand – less than she started the year with.  Her fundraising numbers are dwarfed by those of fellow Democrat John Gregg – who raised more than $1.7 million – and the candidate they’re hoping to beat, Gov. Mike Pence, who brought in about $1.6 million.

State Senator Karen Tallian, the third candidate in the Democratic primary, raised just $23,000, most of which was transferred from her Senate account.

Ritz’s campaign could not be reached for comment.
