In this episode of Making It, Melissa Davis meets with musician and mandolin player Justin Renner, who leads an Indianapolis based indie rock band - Hex Mundi. Renner brings his theatrical background to his musical work. Live shows include large photographic cut-outs decorating the stage and musicians dressed in space suits. The band also focuses a lot of thought on the artistry of their music. Justin Renner's band is a featured WFYI Small Studio Sessions act.
