Lucky DeLuxe Returns to Indy

Stand up comedian/performance artist Lucky DeLuxe  returns to Indianapolis on Saturday, Feb. 1  with her newest one-woman show, "Getting Lucky 2.”

Lucky DeLuxe is building on the success of her one woman show  “Getting Lucky” with this sequel “Getting Luckier: Another Stand Up Show from a Lay Down Lady." Lucky combines comedy, storytelling, audience participation and a bit of burlesque performance into one seamless show. Audiences respond with great enthusiasm, as her previous stop in Indianapolis at the White Rabbit Cabaret sold out to a standing room only crowd. Lucky says she is looking forward to her return to Indy.

She adds that the concept of the show will be similar to her original one woman show, with new edgy stories and a fresh perspective.

Along with her show, Lucky Deluxe is offering the chance to gain skills on the mic with a workshop taking place on Sunday called – Stage Presence – Owning the Mic and More. The workshop will take place at a private residence, so talk to Lucky at the show for more details.

The show takes place on Saturday evening at the White Rabbit Cabaret in Fountain Square, and doors open at 8. Local burlesque performers, Pepper Mills, Bunny Van Doren, and Frenchy LaRouge along with special guests, Lloyd & Harvey will open the show.
