Outdoor Festival Coming To Garfield Park Arts Center

One of Indianapolis’ newest outdoor festivals takes place this weekend.  WFYI’s Jill Ditmire talks with Kavita Mahoney, manager of the Garfield Park Arts Center, about upcoming activities at the venue on the city’s near south side.
