The Beech Grove Police Department says the constrictor is missing from a home in the community on the southeast side of Indianapolis.

Beech Grove is mourning the loss of a community centerpiece. After nearly 100 years of service, St. Francis Hospital on Albany Street is being demolished. Many say it's hard to see the old building come down.

David Pogue said he loves bringing smiles to shoppers' faces and spreading Christmas cheer throughout the holidays. "It makes people happy. It makes me happy," he said.

Tuesday night was a mixed bag for incumbent mayors in three of Marion County's excluded cities and towns.
