Twin Aire Neighborhood Receives Technical Assistance Grant
Southeast Neighborhood Development, Inc. (SEND) and Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett announced Tuesday that the Twin Aire community was awarded a $45,000 Technical Assistance Grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration. SEND plans to match the grant and invest $90,000 in a feasibility study of a business incubator for job creation and training.
