Voters kept their current mayors in office in Fort Wayne, South Bend and Terre Haute, where the older brother of NBA Hall of Famer Larry Bird narrowly lost to two-term Republican Mayor Duke Bennett.

City Council President John Crawford said Thursday that he will file a complaint with the city's ethics board and the city attorney over possible city code and ethics code violations by former city clerk Sandy Kennedy, who retired Oct. 13 citing health concerns.

Mayor Tom Henry calls it "an important next step" in making the riverfront an engine of economic growth in the city. Fort Wayne planners say they want a design that is high-quality and unique to the city.

A contractor with the U.S. military says it's getting rid of 360 jobs in its Fort Wayne facility as it moves radio manufacturing to an existing plant in Rochester, New York.
