38th Street in Indianapolis has long been a marker for some of the city's highest unemployment rates and lowest life expectancy. It's now the focus of major revitalization.

As record numbers of people have quit their jobs — some for better ones — some pundits have taken to calling it the great resignation. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development says thats not exactly accurate its more of a great reassessment.
