Anti-abortion group sues Indiana Department of Health for access to terminated pregnancy reports

The reports are completed by medical providers following an abortion in the state of Indiana, and include data about the patient and the procedure. An anti-abortion group is suing the agency saying the decision violates Indiana's public records law.
