The Friday Pitch-In
October 16, 2020
Following a week of rising numbers, are we seeing that second wave in the COVID-19 pandemic? And Chicago tells its residents not go to Indiana, unless they need to, with a new emergency travel order. Today we get updates on these stories and more.
Also, are some teachers retiring early because of the pandemic? We’ll look at one example from Bloomington, and a look at the trends. And dueling political displays in small-town Goshen, Indiana got the attention of one of our reporters. We discuss what to make of it amid this contentious election cycle.
And in case you missed Wednesday’s show on climate voters in Indiana, we review some of the highlights.
