Grandstands at Indianapolis 500 are sold out for the first time in nearly a decade. Roger Penske has fired his team president, IndyCar managing director and IndyCar general manager in the wake of an Indianapolis 500 cheating scandal. Indianapolis community leaders gathered to celebrate new improvements at Grassy Creek Park, on the city's far east side. Indiana schools are not required to teach sex education – but if they do, educators must follow strict rules when they talk about it.
