Jim Irsay, the Indianapolis Colts’ owner who leveraged the popularity of Peyton Manning into a new stadium and a Super Bowl title, died Wednesday at age 65. The Indy 500 has only had two Black drivers in its history — Willy T. Ribbs and George Mack. Nine international students in Indiana are no longer subject to immediate deportation. States across the country improved policies and supports for maternal mental health – but only slightly.
