While race teams were down to business fine tuning their cars in the last practice laps before Sunday's Indianapolis 500, the fans packing the grounds of Indianapolis Motor Speedway had another agenda. They were cutting loose under bright sunshine and blue skies during Friday's Carb Day festivities.

To help improve traffic flow, INDOT brings ramp meters to I-465
