Free immunization clinics coming to south side of Indianapolis

Franciscan Health will host immunization clinics on the south side of Indianapolis this summer.

The clinics will offer both childhood and adult immunizations, as well as COVID vaccine shots.

These are walk-in clinics — no appointments necessary.

The clinics are open to everyone, according to a Fransiscan Health press release. But people should bring a Medicaid or private insurance card along with a photo ID. Those who do not have insurance will still get free vaccine shots, which will be noted on their consent forms.

June 15

  • Aletheia Baptist Church
  • 7816 South Madison Avenue, Indianapolis
  • 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

July 23

  • Chin Community Center
  • 2524 East Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis
  • 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Aug.12

  • Burmese American Community Institute
  • 5212 Bluff Road, Indianapolis
  • 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
