Do you remember when you weren't allowed to bring food or beverages into the library? Well, that barrier was just broken at Newfields, the Indianapolis Museum of Art. The museum held its latest culinary pop up - Tea House - just feet away from its galleries.

Tea House reflects one of Newfield's 2019 exhibits, an interactive look into everything in Japanese culture, from poetry to Samurai swords. The tea house reflected the Japanese theme and effort to bring the outdoors in, since most authentic tea houses are located in a garden.
