WFYI Earns Emmy For Overall Station Excellence

INDIANAPOLIS -- For the third consecutive year, WFYI Public Media has earned the Emmy Award for Overall Station Excellence.

In addition to the award for overall excellence, 10 programs produced by WFYI and its partners were recognized during the 46th Annual Emmy Awards of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences – Lower Great Lakes Chapter gala at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Saturday night.

WFYI had 21 Emmy nominations this year. The 11 wins sets an all-time record for the station.
