Committee Clears Way For MSA Project
The City County Council is scheduled to vote later this month on plans to build a 28-story mixed used development on the old Market Square Arena site. It would include 300 luxury apartments, retail and 550 parking spaces. Monday, a council committee agreed to provide $23 million for the $81 million project.
