Young people don't vote, right? Political campaigns often dismiss young folks, but a new index suggests they could tilt the balance of power in key states this election.

The question surfaced as U.S. Rep. Todd Young's candidacy for U.S. Senate is in jeopardy over failing to collect enough signatures to meet the required threshold.

Iowa and New Hampshire have spoken, each in its own unique accent. Now the race moves on to Nevada and South Carolina, states quite different from the first two, and quite different from each other.
