IndyGo Schedules To Change During Holiday Season

IndyGo Fixed Route, Open Door, customer service call and retail centers, and administrative offices will operate on adjusted schedules for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

INDIANAPOLIS -- IndyGo Fixed Route, Open Door, customer service call and retail centers, and administrative offices will operate on adjusted schedules for the Christmas and New Year's holidays. IndyGo services will adhere to the following:

Christmas Eve - Thursday, December 24, 2015

  • Fixed Route and Open Door will be operating on a regular schedule
  • Customer Service Call Center (starting at 7 a.m.) and Retail Center will be open (starting at 8 a.m.) until 3 p.m.
  • Administrative Offices are closed
  • Christmas Day - Friday, December 25, 2015
  • Fixed Route and Open Door will be operating on a Sunday schedule
  • Customer Service Call and Retail Centers are closed
  • Administrative Offices are closed

New Year's Eve - Thursday, December 31, 2015

  • Fixed Route and Open Door will be operating on a regular schedule
  • Customer Service Call Center (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.) and Retail Center are open (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
  • Administrative Offices are open

New Year's Day - Friday, January 1, 2016

  • Fixed Route and Open Door will be operating on a Sunday schedule
  • Customer Service Call and Retail Centers are closed
  • Administrative Offices are closed

Routes in the downtown area will be detoured due to the Resolution Run and Commitment Day on January 1, 2016. All service alerts are featured on the IndyGo website.
