With the World of Hans Zimmer concert series, the acclaimed composer Hans Zimmer has crafted live experiences that take fans on a distinctive journey through his film music. Attendees will enjoy a full live orchestra performance of Zimmer’s most iconic scores synchronized with film sequences. As musical director and curator, Zimmer is largely responsible for The World of Hans Zimmer shows, even when he is not onstage himself.
Zimmer’s unique new orchestral suites are combined with visually stunning projections, powerful sound arrangements and touching solo performances to create an unforgettable experience for all the senses. Multiple Grammy Award nominee Matt Dunkley joins some of Hans Zimmer’s top soloists, the world-class Odessa Orchestra & Friends and the extraordinary Nairobi Chamber Chorus on this tour to bring the magic of Zimmer’s works live to the stage.
Rock the Ruins is a summer concert series at the historic and enchanting Holliday Park. Perfect for experiencing live music, catching up with neighbors and friends, and connecting with nature, a Rock the Ruins concert is the ideal spot to spend a summer evening in Indianapolis. WFYI has luxe tickets to each of the 2025 concert series shows. Luxe tickets include complimentary drinks, early entry, a stage view, AC bathrooms, and a private entrance. The 2025 concert series shows are:
- The Wallflowers with The Wild Feathers on Saturday, June 14 at 7 p.m.
- Watchhouse with Two Runner on Friday, June 20 at 7 p.m.
- James Arthur with Kate Peytavin on Saturday, June 21 at 6 p.m.
- St. Paul & The Broken Bones with The Wood Brothers on Thursday, July 10 at 6 p.m.
- The Fray with The Strike on Thursday, August 14 at 7 p.m.
- moe. with Eggy on Saturday, August 16 at 6 p.m.
Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre has been serving up food, fun and fabulous live entertainment for everyone since 1973. Located in College Park, the theatre was part of a chain of dinner theatres built by Louisville contractor J. Scott Talbott. It was called "Beef" because of the delicious hand carved roast beef served before the performances, and "Boards" referring to the boards or stage of a theatre. The 2025 season includes the following shows:
- Jersey Boys (March 14 - April 13)
- Church Basement Ladies (April 17 - May 18)
- The Little Mermaid (May 22 - July 13)
- Waitress (July 17 - August 31)
- Heartbreak Hotel (September 4 - October 12)
- Tootsie (October 16 - November 23)
