Indiana Fever great and four-time Olympic gold medalist Tamika Catchings was inducted into the 2020 Class of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Saturday.

Catchings was the consensus national freshman of the year during the 1997-98 season. She later played 16 seasons with the Indiana Fever and won four gold medals with the U.S. Olympic team.

The relocation is being forced by a multi-year project to renovate and upgrade Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Donovan was interim coach for the Indiana Fever's inaugural season in 2000 while general manager and head coach Nell Fortner concluded her stint as coach of the U.S. Olympic Women's Basketball Team.

In a halftime ceremony during Saturday's game between the Indiana Fever and Los Angeles Sparks, Tamika Catchings' No. 24 jersey will be raised to the rafters at Banker's Life Fieldhouse.

The Fever announced Wednesday that it will raise the banner during a halftime ceremony on Saturday, June 24. Catchings is a four-time Olympic gold medalist, the WNBA's all-time leading rebounder and No. 2 in scoring.

The Minnesota Lynx defense forced 21 turnovers and held Indiana to 35.7 percent shooting in the league's first Game 5 since 2009.

Following the championship game, the Fever will return to Indianapolis on Thursday morning. The team is expected to arrive at Indianapolis International Airport just before noon. The Indianapolis Airport Authority will throw a Fever Welcome Back Rally at Civic Plaza when the team arrives.

As they've done all playoffs, the Fever found a way to stave off elimination. Indiana is 5-0 in elimination games this postseason and 9-2 since the 2012 playoffs when it beat Minnesota for its lone title.

Briann January scored 17 points and Tamika Catchings had 11 points, nine rebounds and five assists for the Fever, who nearly won their second straight game on the road to open this rematch of the 2012 series won by Indiana.
